¢ò Principles
1.To ensure that the selection criteria of all recruits is consistent with the procedure;
2.To guarantee that all the candidates of staff or managers should pass the
¡¡employment procedure.
3.We welcome the candidates recommended by the corporate staff, but they need
¡¡to pass the employment procedure.

¢ó Procedures
1.The CEO and HR department of the corporation check and ratify the quantity and
¡¡requirement for application recruiters according to the establishment and
¡¡development needs of business departments.
2.HR department and business departments settle and sieve the resumes in the
¡¡first round.
3.The candidates fit for employment qualification enter the stage of interview.
4.The candidates are supposed to have interviews for at least twice according to
¡¡the positions they apply for.
5.Classification of interviews:
(1) Interview for business: presided by business departments. It is mainly to make
¡¡ an inspection and evaluation of the working experiences, professional ability,
¡¡ service potential and comprehensive qualification of all candidates.
(2) Comprehensive interview: presided by HR department. After the interview for
¡¡ business, HR department should make an evaluation of all candidates according
¡¡ to their background, cultural integration, personification, comprehensive
¡¡ qualification, etc.
(3) Interview with executives: Some candidates for important positions are supposed
¡¡ to have an interview with executives
¡¡ Candidates can have employment procedures only after all kinds of interviews
¡¡ above.
6.Assessment in the probation period
(1)All the new recruits enter the probation period for assessment, generally lasting
¡¡ two months.
(2)The probationary employees are supposed to accept monthly evaluation and
¡¡ assessment for regular employees by business departments and HR department.
(3)The probationary employees can have the assessment for regular employees only
¡¡ after passing the monthly evaluation.
(4)The employees can be transferred to regular employees after the assessment.
7.Assessment in the intern session
(1)The assessment dates from the arrival of the intern to the reception of his
¡¡ registration card, generally signing three months¡¯ contract according to his
¡¡ professional abilities and requirement of the position.
